Refund policy

Returns & Refund – You have 48 hours to return an item from the date you have received it, we accept returns in case you have received a product in damaged conditions or have any manufacturing defects. You need to email an image of the damaged products along with proof of purchase to support@baidyanathayurved.com. We will get back to you with the best possible resolution within 48 hours. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. In case of refund, it will be processed in the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

Baidyanathayurved.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. These shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

Non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e., wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason), any extra cost spent Baidyanathayurved.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
